Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Madam Salon de Beauté, we are committed to providing quality service to every client. Please find our service policies below:

Refunds and Adjustments:

  • No refunds on services rendered. Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Complimentary adjustments: If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. A free correction can be provided within 7 days after an in-person evaluation at the salon. After this period, additional charges may apply.

Cancellations:

  • No-fee cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: A fee of 40% of the service cost will be charged.

  • No-shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Allergic Reactions: In case of an allergic reaction (such as lash extensions or tinting or lash lifting), please contact us immediately. A free removal may be offered after assessment.

  • Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

  • Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos for assessment. A replacement or refund will be issued upon verification.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless due to our error or a defective product.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, certain health and personal care items, Liquids, tweezers, adhesives, lash lift, and brow lamination products.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If still not received, contact us.

Promotions:

  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to prior orders.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Send items to 150 Antoinette-Robidoux, Longueuil, QC, Canada.

Gifts:

  • If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility and non-refundable.

  • Use a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
